Im not a Carr hater. Im just a realist. He's an average quarterback with the ability to be great. However, we've never seen him under a consistent offensive coordinator. That being said, Saints are trying not to tank when in reality they should have tanked for a better QB in the draft. Jayden Daniels and Caleb Williams are gonna be awesome while Carr is gonna be what he always has been. That is a quarterback who can win you games, and will win you some games. But when it comes to the big moments, he won't perform. There were several key games last year where Carr needed to clutch up and he didnt. Home vs Tampa, at Houston, Home vs Jacksonville (Mareau dropped the ball, but he didnt perform well until the end of the 3rd quarter), at Atlanta, home vs Detroit (again, performed well when it didnt matter), and at the Rams where once again, he performed well in garbage time and padded his stats. He really doesnt have an awful Defense. The only games I liked from him last year were @ Indianapolis, @ Tampa, and vs Atlanta

He's horrible. Those were check downs to Kamara, where he busted big gains, bailing him out. Also, Herbert's receiving corps were all injured last year, and Herbert was playing through two different broken fingers last year. Carr is one of the worst starting QBs in the NFL

Bro is King of garbage time stats. I know you’re trying to hype yourself up because it’s a new season but dawg don’t set yourself up for heartbreak. Carr is who is at this point in his career.
