If it's not turned on when the EMP occurs it will stand a better chance of not being damaged. However, for sensitive electronics such as LED's, ain't no stopping the popping on those. The Faraday does make us feel better, and it works if it's done right. Gotta ground it properly.

Been loving this video series. I have my stuff in EMP bags, then those are inside EMP fabric bags, then I have all that in an ammo can. Good info with excellent things to consider for folks not already EMP proofed on their comms.
