Sometimes, I like popping because it's fun, also the pus itself can press on the nerve endings, and I find that taking it out aleviates the pain. So, I don't squeeze for aesthetics.

Ok thanks for the heads up, but if you told me that if I pop one it would be life threatening it would still be getting popped. Popping or picking is my thing you see I can’t help it . I once had a minor operation and the wound was still healing two years later because I couldn’t leave alone. I have a problem!!

I think my postule acne is caused by hormone imbalances because I only get them on my chin and jawline. What would you recommend? I never pop them but they always scar. (I’m female 26)

I have experienced acne for a year. I began improving by doing little things like using a clean towel and changing my pillowcase frequently. I use a mild face wash from litttlextrra riiceberry which is pH balanced. Consistency has worked the most. Now, I have a simple 3-step regimen that I use daily, and I'm gradually recovering. It has boosted my confidence. Let's be positive together!
