This raises a few questions. When was the soul created, Who created it? When does it enter the body? Just by saying a soul is immaterial, gives one an out, a cheat. If this soul is interacting with the body then we should be able to test for it. SO many questions going unanswered......

Pranam guruji. Need more clarification on this. There is individual soul or jivatma and there is atma or supreme reality. Atma is formless which pervades everywhere but jivatma could either be formless or invisible entity. It moves from one body to another in material realm. I think jivatma is more of invisiblel entity that cannot be control by matters.
