Uriah Heep was, is & will always be an important part of my life. Hooked by their music since 1970, when I discovered them at the age of nine years - thanks to my elder cousins and sister. About Mick Box - such a nice guy - always friendly and interested :) Greetings from Germany.

Saw the original lineup in '72, the yr I graduated HS. Have vivid memories of Mick Box playing his a-s off!

Mick Box seems like one of those guys who can both embrase being rock n roll royality but also stay humble and know its the fans that made him that

Sad to see them go but happy to have been around to see them. Also great to see a band that is over 50 years old quit while they are at the top of their game.

I'd forgotten to book my concert tickets this morning, whoops. Still managed to nab a good enough seat though

My wife and I have seen Heep twice, 2001 in Vanderhoof, British Columbia and 2011 in Londonderry, New Hampshireā€¦.both were awesome concerts, I live on Canadaā€™s east coast and have been a huge Heep fan since 1973, my collection of music, books and memorabilia of everything Heep and Heep related illustrates that.
We all knew this time would come, and it saddens me to see the beginning of the endā€¦.personally I hope Heep once they are done touring and only doing the odd festival etc will continue to release new musicā€¦.
We all owe a deep gratitude to all Heep members past and present for giving us 54 years and counting of truly amazing, inspiring musicā€¦.wow, Iā€™m running out of words here to express to Mick, Bernie, Phil, Russell, Davey, Ken, David, Gary, Lee, Trevor, John L, John W, Paul and all former members how much the music they created has meant to so many of us worldwideā€¦.itā€™s a little bit of ā€˜appy days for the band to go out on their terms and a whole lot of sad days for us fans who will no longer get to cheer on our favourite bandā€¦.long live Heepā€¦

Theyā€˜re a great live band. Mick is the nicest guy one can imagine. I hope I can see them multiple times on the farewell tour.

Let's not hope that this is the same trick as Deep Purple pulled, 'The Long Goodbye tour' which just finished and now there is the 1 More Time tour and there are no plans to quit...

First band I went to watch back in 1970 I was 16 at the time. Sad to hear theyā€™re on the last tour, I will try to see them one last time.

Honestly as a huge Heep fan from as a teenager in the 70's, no Hensley no Heep
These one original member tours are about as exciting as watching reruns of Green Acres
