100% cotton underwear makes it fully breathable down there! And wear loose, cotton or linen pajamas at night. And don’t use fragranced ANYTHING down there. I had a Dr say that even baby soap it too harsh for down there. And EAT HEALTHY! Never had a yeast infection ever and I’ve been doing these things for years.

Some times your soap/body wash is the isuue. I have to use unscented, moisturizing body wash. Or a soap with very light perfume. Alway take a shower after you have sex as well. ❤
