Here comes a little video about a John Singer-Sargent master study by our student @torralba.art_ . Sargent was mainly known by his wonderful portraits done through a method called "A la prima" or Wet on Wet, and, while the method was used by many (and is still used) his stroke and color economy were so masterful that he now remains as one of the most important painters of his time. Now, with this said, a master study of his work can teach us much and so I hoped to show you what our student could see through her process which yielded a wonderful master copy.
