I honestly can never get over caramelised braised pork belly with quail eggs and really good steamed rice with lots of cucumbers and tomatoes and also eating watermelon or mango on top of it too, its so good 🤤 definitely very South East Asian.
Lmao I remember in primary school, it was multicultural day and every kid had to bring food from thier culture, my mum cooked a huge batch of migoreng and brought it to the school, everyone demolished the noodles by the end of the day.
Funny thing is I'm not even Indonesian 😅 but its such a staple standard

Literally I always say Indomie specifically the “mi goreng stir fry noodle” flavour that you used is better than buldak or shin ramen any day. With a fried egg on top I could never ever get sick of it
