I wanna say that riccochets dont count as hits in the AAR, but I could be wrong. Definetly a riccochet though, thats why is sparked vs his head jerking

You were already dead before you shot dude... The server just hadn't caught up yet... Plus impacts and sparks and blood splatter is client side so your PC was telling you it impacted but yet the server caught up and told it that you're dead... Tarkov is notorious for it.
