You are racing to 80% of your presentation then modulating/decelerating to 100%. That’s when your dot drops into the acceptable area of accuracy. It seems slow but it is not. Get the useless stuff (0 to 80%) over with and be careful between 80 to 100. Want to go faster? Then race to the 90 or 95. Do it on a visual cue. Not some arbitrary cadence of faster or slower.
