I had that done on me on June 20th of this year. I was having an angiogram and as soon as the dye hit my heart I coded on the table. Thankfully, the hospital got an automatic defibrillator and put it to immediate use because it shocked me 3 times before my Dr could even react. It left a nice little circle burn on my chest, which I will have made into a tattoo next June or July and it's gonna be made into a smiley face. Thankfully, as soon as the dye hit my heart, I went unconscious. I remember the Dr telling me he was injecting the dye, I felt the cold, then I remember him waking me up and telling me what happened.

I worked in the Carh Lab for 4 years. Always knew when someone was getting cardioverted, you could hear the yelling and swearing all the way down the hall.
