If you’re looking for al dente noodles, this is NOT the spot for you 😂 but if you like soft noodles, you’re in luck!! The texture of the noodles is soft and the slightest bit chewy. I personally preferred the hot version because the broth is super comforting but the cold version has just as much flavour with the dipping sauces 🤤 They also sell uncooked noodles, so I’ll probably pick those up next time instead of queuing for an hour 🙈
Also! They’ve won the Udon World Championship for three consecutive years and have achieved victory in the M-1 Grand Prix, a prestigious udon competition in Japan 👏
