It's is okay to compromise on sunroof to get a diesel MT/AT and not an AMT. But, a spare wheel is a must

They removed the panoramic sunroof because of the weight and the 1.5 crdi 115hp is already underpowered for the alcazar 6 person with luggage the car weight will touch almost 1800kg which is underpowered for its weight so thats why they removed the sunroof mileage is secondary. They don't want to make an mg astor with the alcazar that it has all features but the most important one is not their lack of power.. if you want 7 seater get a xuv700 or scorpio n. These fwd oversized monocoque pseudo cars are not worth it.

Removing the spare wheel is nonsense . They could have included a space saver atleast. Removing sunroof makes a lot of sense for me.

Alcazar diesel doesn’t get a spare wheel because they need to accommodate the adblue tank 🤔

God people jst hate Sunroofs for no reason. It makes the cabin roomy and premium. For everyone telling Indian weather is hot. No its not. During rain, the ambience of a panoramic roof makes the car feel soo much premium. In that sense. Alloy wheels r also useless. Steel wheels r better and offer comfortable ride. But yall want that nah? 😂

I personally dont like sunroof. Looking at the dirts on indian roads and scorching heat..i keeps the window shut. So it doesn't make sense to have sunroof.
