I've been doing it ALL wrong. I prefer tenders in my delicious chicken noodle soup. I would boil them first and then cut the thing out. They GROSS me out .

I have learned so much from the internet. I just learned that you crumple up the parchment paper and it will lay nice and flat on the plate/pan when you smooth it out. No more curled fresh off the roll paper😎

the same thing is in the turkey tenderloins, but once (either) is cooked through, its not even noticeable. but it can be removed, yes. love your videos!
