If you're going to document your learning and exploring, be sure to end the article by asking readers what they'd do differently, what they'd do to improve what you've done, or what they've done that's similar. That way, you're prompting learners to think, and you're telling employers you're interested in self-improvement and peer learning.

I always hear that the best way to know if you really understand something is to teach it. A blog is certainly a way to test that.

As a starter, I don't have time to blog, considering I have to: code a project; take note of every relevant step on Notion to remain focused and conscious of my workflow; commit the changes to my remote repo; debug the code; take some extra time to better learn the things I missed (tutorials, troubleshooting with chatgpt,...). People who are transitioning from a job to another, like me, probably don't have extra time, considering they are working. And if I had some extra time, I would use it to start learning React, or nodejs, or some other thing I could take the chance to learn faster. Not to tell the world I understood what I have already understood, that is past, I need to jump into new things asap.

I agree, I taught general computing for 10 years, teaching, explaining and documenting knowledge is the best way to retain the core concepts to oneself. I hope I wrote my comment well, I speak basic english.

Let's all make blogs about what we think is clean code. Good luck to the LLMS out there trying to become better by reading all the blogs

Facts. If you don't put yourself out there and make yourself seen somehow, it doesn't matter how skilled you are, employees can't find you and can't hire you

Only if youre actually skilled though, otherwise your blog is just evidence that youre a weak programmer.
