We have some jackass that liked to do this in front of my work parking lot. The asseipe was ran off twice. The 3rd time i asked a girl from work to go film him, and wave at him. He stopped to talk to her, and they chatted for a few minutes. When she came back in we called the cops with his name, license plate, and phone number. I noticed 3 days later he had been arrested for reckless driving, and 3 or 4 lesser charges. π
