Actually what you did to me is.... I can't consume any animal products because I can feel their pain... Sometimes I feel so bad or threatened what if I turned into any of those animals and suffer.. though I was a vegetarian and I didn't like most of milk products It was hard to quit curd but I did somehow..
Like wise I breast fed my son for three years until I found a substitute to give him instead of milk.
I even protested at home that I can't cook non veg anymore and tricked them to avoid coffee tea etc...
But I really don't know how to influence more ppl to become vegan..
You are one of the greatest human being I ever known Aravind.
I know it's a long go but will always be the pioneer.
