Sharing recipe of perfect street style smoky schezwan noodles.
Recipe:
1. Boil any noodles as per packet instructions. This recipe is for 6 plates, you can adjust the sauces as per the quantity you are making.
2. Take oil - 2 tbsp
3. Add ginger and garlic finely chopped both 2 tsp each
4. Add sliced onions - 1 big
5. Once its slightly cooked, add vegetables like cabbage, carrots and capsicum all sliced
6. Add salt - 1.5 tsp
7. Black pepper- 1 tsp
8. Soya sauce, chilli sauce, green chillies sauce - 2 tsp each
9. Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp
10. Add boiled noodles and mix everything well
Note: to keep the flame on high all time, it will give smoky flavor
