Aaj banai Hai Flower chocolate cookie:

In a Bowl add 1/4 cup Butter and 1/4 Sugar(if brown sugar is available that's better). Whisk until mixture is light and fluffy. Add jaggery 2 tbsp to give dark colour. Now add 1tsp Vanilla Extract and mix well.
In a bowl add 1 cup All purpose flour and add 1/4 tsp Baking powder and mix together. Add butter mixture to flour and mix well. Add little bit of milk and form a dough. You can refrigerate dough for an hour or more. Make a flower cookie as shown in video and bake 350F for 12-15 mins until cookie edges are light golden.
Once cookie are cold, top them with chocolate and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Enjoy with milk and Tea.
