organic olive oil
2 garlic cloves
fresh rosemary
30g butter
Mashed potato Ingredients:
130g leek
1000g organic potato
30g organic garlic
5g parsley
sea salt
black pepper seeds
organic olive oil
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp lemon zest
100g parmesan
50g butter
80g fruit juice
(cook on 180°C / 60 minutes)
Sauce Ingredients:
2 organic orange, 1 lemon, 1 apple (300g fruit juice)
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp lemon zest
150g mashed potato
2 tbsp Red Hot wings Buffalo sauce
