That was absolutely the correct answer to say at that point you should’ve objected and told the judge that the matter is dismissed, he would’ve abandoned ship. These judges have no authority. They haven’t been judges in the courts in over 200 years their administrator figures.

Its true.. they threaten you with outrageous sentences if you take it to trail... plead now or ill do absolutely everything to ensure youre found guilty regardless of guilt... what it tell ya when most courts with high conviction rates have low trials ? 😂

He's not wrong.. you're threating him with the max sentence, which is already too high for this exact purpose, in order to extort him into giving you a conviction.
