I know you probably get messages like this every day but I have to say thank you so much and keep doing what you are doing!! You have changed so many peoples lifes and LITERALLY saved mine. I’ve lost almost 100lbs, avoided diabetes, and I am no longer in danger of having a heart attack. I’m only 30 and was at lowest point of my life. Hey bro, I do really like you work here and it helped me a lot with getting into some of my first muscle ups and stuff....I got into some freestyle in the past months and wonder if you could maybe do some tutorials for more tricks you know.
