First, you cook the Ackee separately until tenderized, stir fry Onion, Thyme, Bell Pepper, Carrot and Garlic for two minutes. Add 4 cups Coconut Milk to stir fried vegetables, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning and allow to come to a boil.
Wash half pound rice, add to boiling mixing, then add cooked ackee. Allow to simmer. ENJOY!!!
