Today, I'm sharing Face Yoga exercises to prevent and reduce facial sagging 🙌

① First, form a big "O" shape with your mouth, pushing your lips forward to engage and tighten the muscles around your mouth. Then, slowly curl your lips inward over your upper teeth and gently lift your cheeks as if smiling. Repeat this movement very slowly for 10 sets.

② Next, purse your lips, then open your mouth slowly like a flower blooming, pulling the corners of your mouth toward the center to create a small "O." Stretch the front of your neck while holding this pose. Repeat on the other side.

③ Lastly, roll your lips inward, tightening the muscles around your mouth once more, and gently stretch the front of your neck again. Be sure to do both sides equally.

For balanced facial and body care, I highly recommend combining these exercises with full-body yoga.
