I’d love a separate video explaining what oil pulling actually does. I’ve heard a lot of mixed things and a lot of anecdotal evidence, but is there scientific evidence of its benefits as well?

People aren’t oil-pulling to the exclusion of ALL other dental practices and tools; more-so, they are incorporating it into their routines and protocols.

I oil pull with turmeric and cloves. But never once did I think in doing so I could lazily skip flossing and brushing twice daily, everyday.

I do coconut oil pulling occasionally as it's an ancient practice and I find it helps my gums out and brightens my teeth. But you still need to brush the teeth afterwards with a toothbrush! You also only need to do it for 5-10 minutes so as not to disrupt the oral microbiome.

I never pulled coconut oil I cooked with it a few times I drink coconut milk which caught me drunk which is weird I love coconut but I'm not going to be a nut about coconut😂
