Had a similar experience with selling+shipping products on my own.. went green but wasn't worth it for my health, so I sold the leftover materials to a friend who wanted to try 😅

This is why everything is so expensive in Australia. Businesses then know from experience there’s a portion of population that are scammers. Businesses would then increase price to cover their cost to deal with scams, complaints, returns, theft etc. yeah - not sure that we’re all that advanced as a society. In the end everyone pay for those few bad eggs. Hope Karma catches up and square up with these people.

You gotta have a refund policy for them to return the parcel in order to qualify for a refund. If it’s damaged there needs to be photo etc, if they don’t give neither, just dispute a chargeback if they do so. Some people are just brokies lol
