Me too. I was a lifelong Californian, doing my best to bring some sanity and normalcy back to the SF Bay Area. But when they gleefully embraced Fascist tyranny in '20, and this tyranny was put into the schools statewide, that was it for me. I'm in SE Texas now, out of Corporate America because they don't want white males working there anymore, and I love it. This being one tier below the Big Four (DFW, Hou, SA, and now Austin), it's not crowded here. The racism is a thing of the past. And only a few morons are still wearing a face diaper.

There must be tax advantage involved. California is not that cold. They are trading exposure to excessive rain inclement weather inclusive of tornados. Education would be an incentive or deal breaker.

Nope, they moved the company because Texas gave them a "no tax" break so they got the jobs but no tax revenue.
