MK11 was actually Top Tier for me. I think the Sickle as a weapon made it better.

Those are my sentiments exactly. MK Trilogy had the best look for Noob Saibot. A little contrast in color was cool. He still looked dark and menacing though. In MK2 or UMK3, he was basically a shadow. That was cool, but it looks more realistic with contrast.
