It also needs to be said that Valve in their previous TOS had a statement that regardless of if they won or lost in arbitration, they'd cover your legal fees if they came out to $10,000 or less. In other words, Valve would've been on the hook for $750,000,000 even if they won every single case.
Valve was trying to do the right thing here, but a bunch of money hungry lawyers came and ruined it in hopes of an easy payday.
