Definitely the construction of the basket. Looked pretty freaky.

Some basket maker missed their geometry class.

It was reported the basket had been damaged and repaired/welded (unevenly spaced) which brought discussion on regulated or standardized pdga baskets. corey had to take the extra stroke.

If he announced the tap-in as a provisional, like Nathan said, it's almost guaranteed he would have been given first putt. I do not think he realized it fell through the bottom.

Just like when a hockey puck slides under back of net. GOAL!

The old cone style targets had baskets designed to self drain. (Not sure why.) May have cost me an ace in one tournament in the 80s.

They talked about it later, the basket had been fixed from previous wear. And wasn't fixed properly/to specks. Also it only was in that one spot of the basket bottom, which is even more of a freak accident.

He did NOT watch it go in! He was looking down to pick up his lie disc and came to the basket surprised to find it on the ground. This was a rip off!

[REDACTED(due to grammatical error...😏😉😉🖕🙄🖕)] of video proof, that should be counted as a "made putt"(because it WAS!!!). I want to believe that each card (grouping) has an official score handler present. Therefore, he should still be given the right score, EVEN THOUGH he signed his card at the end. THIS IS PREVENTABLE!

What if the disc diameter was smaller than normal? Is there a normal size? Is there a regulation size that is required and checked for?
