1 bola de masa Thinkingfoods
300 gr de frutos rojos al gusto (grosellas, frambuesas, arándanos, moras, fresas…)
1 naranja
50 gr de pasta de dátil (opcional)
1 huevo
Elaboración:
1) Extiende, con la ayuda de tu stendipizza y un rodillo, tu masa Thinkingfoods. Divídela en cuadrados, todos del mismo tamaño.
2) Corta los cuadrados en forma de molinillo, dejando el centro sin cortar.
3) Prepara tu compota casera cocinando a fuego lento los frutos rojos. Si quieres, puedes añadir la pasta de dátil para aumentar su dulzor. Añade a la compota el zumo de una naranja.
4) Pon unas cucharaditas de compota en el centro de cada molinillo y cierra las esquinas.
5) Píntalos con huevo batido y hornéalas durante unos 15’ a 190ºC o hasta que queden doradas.
6) Déjalas enfriar y ¡a disfrutar!.
