Poland started learning from japan combinis, in stores named "Żabka" you can buy onigiri and sushi rolls for cheap price and they are not that bad, there also are warm snacks to eat like fries or chicken bites, in some of then you can even take a seat and eat

for the roll, what I do is first pull the first bit off, then I lightly pull on both ends, and take the wrapper covering the seaweed off, and just stick it into the rice and roll it, so I don’t have to fully deconstruct it :)
