Here’s the general idea:

Instead of studying for 8h in one day, you’re going to study 2h across 4 days
Within each day, you’re going to break each 2h session into 30-min ones.
During the very first session, you’ll make an assessment:
What are the topics I need to go over?
Which ones do I need more time for?
When you identify those 2, you can split your 2h sessions into:
Active Learning (aka you can’t just read the material, you have to make connections with other topics as you move)
Practicing
Reviewing errors
Correcting errors
Finally, what you need to decide for yourself is: do I want to be a straight A student or am i willing to get a B if that means I get to do my hobbies, see friends, or even run my business?
The Pareto principle is an important one: 80% of your results comes from 20% of your efforts. That’s already a B for you.
