Ive noticed eaton making their newer tandem breakers without the rejection clip to be able to land anywhere on the bussing.
No longer is the bussing made with the indentation for rejection clips.
Just Eaton or Siemens.
The real question I’ve always asked, why are they only on the bottom of the bussing? Load distribution? Why not up top or why not the whole thing? Some panels have the indentation all the way up.

Use the diagram provided or find one. Murray/siemens will also fit because of the “unrestricted “ breakers. Older models used all solid bus bars so we need to sell them too. It is not about capacity because 200 amp comes in many forms 10 6/12 30/60 20/40 60/60 ect. It’s all about the installer knowing loads and demands . I appreciate the videos.

I do mostly old work and I dont ever buy a twin or any other breakers with that stupid clip. It may make sense in a new build but some times theres a reason you cant move certain breakers around in an already full panel. You need to be able to put a breaker wherever you want to. Those clip things are just a pain in the ass.
