I like the JTJJ version of this move a bit more but joe moreira has the best version, at least for a mount transition. Get the reverse scarfold, send your hips up their armpit and make them uncomfortable, then pull their legs to the side. Moreira will use this opportunity to jump to mount. However, if you insert your leg between theirs when they are pulled to the side, you give up the least control while still executing the rolling back take.
