Chicken head is actually quite delicious. In a curry, chicken had absorbs a lot of flavor and the bone is very soft. The brain adds a nice flavor to make it for a delicious snack.

That obviously tastes amazing. It's mental if you took the head off the plate people wouldn't think twice about eating it. You're eating an animal ffs. People will eat chicken breast out of plastic packaging but wouldn't kill and butcher one, mind-blowing.

I'm a pastry chef. I do like to try new things and i'm not very picky about doing stuff but I remember one time i had to go and help the saucier to clean quail heads. Let's just say i didn't take it well lol. That Video just gave me major flashbacks haha

So many people in these comments prefer intestines as their sausage casings. Why? Think about it for a second. Had chicken heads or chicken skin been the norm, you would have puked if someone suggested intestines. The thing where poop passes through. You only find this disgusting because you are not used to it. It is a great way to avoid waste, just like using intestines is
