If you ever want to go back to Staten island you can take the public bus like 10 minutes to Snug Harbor Cultural Center from the ferry! There is also great Sri Lankan food around there and a great restaurant called Enoteca Maria where grandmas cook for you.

Love the smart travel you did. I actually went inside the statue and it was a disappointment. Last trip I did the Rockefeller tower to see the empire building which was awesome.

Seeing The Statue of Liberty from a boat is WAY better than actually going to visit it. If you go to the statue itself you can climb up and look through her crown, but the windows are dirty and very small and it's always so busy!
