In my life I have had examples of what I don’t and do want in life. Unfortunately, this comes at the expense of watching people I love suffer from their decisions made in their younger years.
In my life, I have seen family invest in real estate, continually build wealth over time, and live a life that I want for my family. I have also seen family never invest, buy all the toys (brand new vehicles, campers, $60k side by sides) and live a life they can’t afford.
The vast difference in retirement outcome is apparent between these two situations, and I have learned:
1️⃣ Investing in real estate may feel scary in the moment, but you blink and you have started building something very special for your family
2️⃣ Living below your means now, allows you to live a life that people can only imagine.
I am tired, overwhelmed, and stressed. But one day that will pay off. Our next real estate transaction is a big one (for us) stayed tuned in the next 3 weeks! Very excited about this one!
