After detaching the long head of my right bicep I had to have major surgery to reattach the muscle to the bone. They told me it would be three months before I would even be able to start resistance training again with under 5lbs of weight and even then I might not get full use of my bicep back.

Here’s where I’m at after following my own protocols for recovery just 8 Weeks after the Surgery (just under 2 Months!)

That's duumm. You can lift a lot now, but you can not see what's going on inside with your bicep tendon. The reason it tore in the first place was it was weakened from overuse or injury and wasn't allowed to heal fully. Which is what you're doing again right now.
