Can you discuss again about Mycoplasma? How do you prevent contact with the bacteria? With your breeding flock and free rangers l, we caught dry fowl pox. So many wild chickens here. My birds are in a closed coop but I get wild chickens stopping by in the morning before I get up to feed in the morning. I made a fresh healthy breakfast for my birds literally just like my kids haha. Fresh papaya, bananas, herbs etc. then I feed them their layer feed after they eat their breakfast. Sometimes sprout seeds as well. But I saw that Bacillus Subtilis KC1 could help create an unsuitable gut environment (biome) to help suppress symptoms or secondary infections caused by the bacteria’s presence. Honestly I was looking and I just see recommendations for vaccines. 💉. I know you talk about mites and worms but I was curious how and NPIP breeder in FL would handle preventing flock from mycoplasma infections since it’s forever in the bird and their offspring are carriers
