After we mix the Jesmonite, we put the drill mixer into a tub of water to clean the stirrer. This is the quickest and easiest way to clean a stirrer after use.
Being a plastic stirrer, we try to avoid using solvents to clean as this will deteriorate the plastic.
For a smoother jesmonite mix, we highly recommend using a High Shear Mixer with a drill. These mixers have been designed for mixing Jesmonite to offer the smoothest finish.
