Technically that kill switch failed miserably when they tried to attack India and managed to use the missiles even though they got nothing and one of the f-16s got shot down by a 3rd generation mig 21 bison.
during the chaos a Indian chopper was shot down by friendly fire and the mig 21 bison's pilot was shot down in Pakistani territory and was later given back to India.
those wondering why this happened lets just say India managed to blow up some terrorist camps which were being funded by Pakistan as a retaliatory strike Pakistan on the next day used its f-16s without USA's knowing and what I said above is what happened.
