if you want to get vitamine A from carrots it is going to require 2,250 grams of it to get the beta carotene enough to be equivalent to 100g of beef liver, which is much more appropriate to our health, while dr baker could get his vitamine A from just butter which would be healthy and delicious beyound just the vitamine A. If you think just 0.900 is enough you are wrong just remembering that a bear's liver has 3 million mcg of vitamin A is enough to reconsider how much we need.
