I picked up the PL3 and I own every weapon light they make and I can assure you there's no way in hell it has 1300lm. My PL2 has 1000lm and it is way brighter than the PL3.

1300 lumens for about 30sec to a min then gets progressively dimmer. There's a reason this companies products are cheap (get out what you pay in)

Don't waste your money get a surefire or my choice a streamlight. I've purchased 3 of these lights and the switches went out in the first 2 weeks. You get what you pay for.
