After doing some research I found a simple way of explaining the two parties in the video. They are both very similar, they would both be considered partly right leaning in some areas and partly left leaning in other areas. It is actually difficult to understand what differences they actually have. However, the single main concesus I could find is that the party that won the election wants to build their relationship with russia, while the man with the paint wants to reduce their relationship with russia. They are both in favor of working with the EU, they have both been described as neoliberal,neocon, and centrist. They both have reports of being technocratic autocracies when they are in power. They are the classic example of the "uniparty", with the only schism being their contrasting views on relations with russia.
