I chose ips miniled laptop. ~1500 zones on 14,5" screen so barely any noticiable blooming while also getting really bright. I measured over 1300nits full screen. And it gets dark enough to black to appear truly black. No stupid VRR flicker like in oleds or even VA minileds. And colors and viewing angles are great.

IPS:
• Standard Latency
• Contrast 1000:1
• Black Not Solid
• Viewing Angle (Wide)
OLED:
• Low Latency
• High Contrast (6000:1+ Can be up to Unlimited)
• The black is really pitch black (0 lumens)
• Wide Viewing Angle (Looks Bluish at Extreme Angles)
VA:
• Fairly High Latency
• High Contrast (3000:1-5000:1)
• Narrow Angle View (Standard/Cheap Version)
• Fairly Deep Black (Close to OLED and the like)

IPS: better colors and viewing angles than VA, and less ghosting / smearing. VA: better contrast than IPS. OLED: better in all regards EXCEPT brightness control and consistency. OLED lack of brightness and brightness consistency made me instead opt for a mini-LED VA monitor. Has both downsides of mini-LED and VA, but has advantages that all else lack. No such thing as a perfect monitor yet. Either when OLED gets better brightness control / consistency, or when micro-LED becomes a thing, then we might achieve perfection (more or less :P)

I love how oled just beats them in every category, but it is like 2 to 3 times more expensive
