I think that just because we donāt know the initial conditions, and therefore canāt predict far into the future only means that systems are too complex to be analyzed. Systems behave in deterministic fashions. The issue is that to do a full reductionist deconstruction of the system only tells you about the cogs in the machine not how it runs.
Even experiments that yield completely consistent results, they are but a description of the true nature of reality.
