I don't see as much a barrier to this likelihood as there has been proof a woman or man of smaller stature have lifted one end of a car up off of their child or another person in danger. If you're looking existentially at a cannon falling into the hands of the enemy, there is going to be plenty of surge of adrenaline and the only thing that needs to hold up under that pressure are the joints, ligaments and heart and it's blood vessels if not also vessels in the brain. I do think that such a story could have been quite plausible if not also possible even if the case in point has hyperbolic recitations throughout history.

There are far stronger people on this earth than the ones we know about. I have no doubt this man carried the cannon to safety. Some people are literal tanks. The guys picture showed his neck was huge and he was broad and wide. No doubt at all. Look at the Iran hulk and that new arm wrestler champion.

Brian Shaw and co attempted to recreate this, Brian moved the heaviest cannon the furthest and it was like in the 3-400s. Dude must’ve been jacked on adrenaline if true. Thanks for the clip!
