I would recommend saute the tomatoes first then add to the cheese mixture, so your pasta wouldnt be soupy. Also, the amount of cheese you put in add protein to this dish that make you full easily, but very high in fat. I would recommend adding protein that is low in calories like legumes, cashew for garnish, or some shredded chicken breast. Seasoning this dish would make it nicer too, add maybe garlic, onion (powder or cooked) or package seasoning of your choosing (curry, italian, adobo, or chicken bouillon)
