Have you been telling yourself lame stories about how you ARE trying or you WILL try.... but when you're honest with yourself you have to admit you're not ACTUALLY taking any meaningful steps toward the goals you say are important to you?

You'll first need to decide whether you really are committed to going after the goal at all.

And if you decide you'll go for it, then you've gotta take that first step. Then another, and then another.

It turns out, DOING is the only way to get it done. "There is no try." Only DO!
